By accessing and using SnapBooking's scheduling solution and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
SnapBooking provides online scheduling and booking management solutions for businesses. Our services include calendar management, appointment booking, customer notifications, payment processing, and related features designed to streamline business operations.
User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Payment Terms

Limitation of Liability
SnapBooking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Data export options are available for a limited time after termination.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
